Please remember that we sell used items that have a history and were preloved. We always buy the best quality in terms of condition and manufacturing, however it’s important to realize that something that’s e.g. 20 years old may show signs of minor wear, and to true vintage lovers, they are all the better for it. 

We carefully assess each piece and do our best to disclose any flaws that might be associated with each garment within the description of the item. Do not hesitate to write to us at hello@madisonchilds.com if you need any additional information on the product's condition.

To ensure the best fit, we recommend referring to each style. There we include measurements for each piece, fit notes and information on model size. If you need further assistance, please contact us at hello@madisonchilds.com

For our vintage collection: We do not restock sold out items due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage products. However, if you see something you like you may contact us at hello@madisonchilds.com with a photo attached and we will try to source something similar for a future drop.

New arrivals are launched on our website on a drop model, meaning that the cadence is sporadic. By signing up to our newsletter you can get live updates, as well as special offers and more. New drops are shared on our Instagram page too.

payment/Shipping

We currently accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, and American Express), Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

Shipping is available upon checkout and varies per item once your order is processed. Your shipping rate is calculated based on the items weight and how quickly you desire to receive your order - please allow 1 -2 business days for packaging and processing.

Furniture items will be quoted and shipped following your order based on the customer's preferences.

For same day delivery and local pick up inquiries in the New York area please contact hello@madisonchilds.com or message us on Instagram to coordinate.

We currently do not accommodate overseas shipping. Shipping is only provided to the US & Canada.

Returns

All orders are final sale and non-returnable or exchangeable. Contact hello@madisonchilds.com with any questions or concerns.

While all items are final sale, you are welcome to reach out to us directly at hello@madisonchilds.com within a 14-day period from the purchase date if you have an issue with your piece.

We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and cannot guarantee a credit or refund to your account.

We maintain a 100% authenticity policy on all vintage items. Pieces are sourced internationally as well as locally within a wide network of sellers. Contact hello@madisonchilds.com with any questions or concerns.
